Once this task is complete all applicants will receive a letter with their outcome. Please do not contact the office until you have received your letter.
For successful applicants, the chippings will be ordered and Bryan Kemp will be delivering them ASAP.
REW DT Stone Chippings Scheme Criteria
The Trust hopes that this will be a regular annual
offer (subject to funding being available).
As the DT expects this scheme to be over-subscribed, houses will
normally only be awarded chippings once in every three years to allow
for all residents to have access to this offer.
Unsuccessful applications will be prioritised in subsequent years if the households re-apply.
Awards will be at the discretion of the board and all decisions are final.
Successful allocations (subject to the budget) will be as follows: -
· Those properties with under 50 metre drives will be allocated a maximum of 10 tonnes
· 50 – 100 metre drive will be allocated a maximum of 20 tonnes and
· Over 100 metre drives will be allocated a maximum of 30 tonnes.
The above will apply unless on the application form the household has requested a smaller amount of chippings to be awarded.
The DT will provide, if requested, assistance to any household with the laying of the chippings, please ensure you request this on the application form.
